'Nurturing Your Creative Spirit'

Yes, especially you ... gift yourself time to play!

Join Callie Di Nello, creative arts practitioner, mindful arts teacher & integrative therapist in our virtual CreaTEAvity Studio for three days - Tuesday 27 June to Thursday 29 June.

She will be sharing three simple creative activities - one a day - designed to inspire you to
✩ tap into your imagination
✩ nurture your creative spirit, and
✩ have fun adventuring by doing something a little different!


What will I need to do?
Very little ... except have fun!

You won't even need to gather fancy-schmanzy art materials: anything you have laying around will be good enough ... think back of envelopes, biro pens or pencils. 'Tho you are most welcome to treat yourself to some lovely gel-ink colouring pens if it makes your creative soul feel happy and cherished ✩

 

  • Sun 25 June: popup group opens
  • Tues 27 June: Day 1 - live @12.30 BST
  • Wed 28 June: Day 2 - live @4.30 BST
  • Thurs 29 June: Day 3 - live @12.30 BST
  • Fri 30 June: Live Q&A @12.30 BST
  • Sat 1 July: opening the virtual Creative Wellbeing Library doors!

How it will work
Callie will go live each day at 12.30 BST (7.30 EST / 21.30 AEST) - except for Wednesday, which will be at 16.30 BST - on Zoom, sharing the day's activity.

A recording will be sent out later that day by email, as a catch-up, as well as posted in our pop-up group on Facebook.

Callie will also be buzzing about in the pop-up group each day :)

You are also most welcome to join Callie live on Friday at 12.30pm BST, where she will happily answer any questions you might have about the world of creative play and its benefits to our whole-self wellbeing.

All registered attendees will be gifted a set of 44 Wellbeing Artsy Prompts cards (in PDF format): a gentle nudge to keep nurturing your creative spirit after our 3-day adventure together draws to a close.
