Taking part in our creative arts activities offers you a gentle, fun way to help improve your wellbeing, gifting you a way to express yourself without needing to find the right words. They are a wonderful way to help lift loneliness and feelings of isolation: this session is being offered via Zoom, online, to help those who may be housebound, or find it difficult or uncomfortable to attend in-person events.

Your session will be led by CreaTEAvity Studio’s creative arts coach and hypnotherapist, Callie Di Nello, who is passionate about helping people reconnect to their resilient, brilliant true self through therapeutic creative play. She is on a mission-of-permission to help people discover the healing power of play, and reconnect to their true colours.
