'Togetherness' sessions are on a drop-in basis ... they are held weekly on Tuesdays. One week we run them from 6pm-7pm and the next week we run them from 12noon-1pm (UK time).
A physical-exercise-free zone facilitated by me (Callie), our sessions evolve according to the needs of the group on the day, although we may be building on concepts or practice exercises from previous sessions.
There's a chance to share what is going on for you, while supporting and encouraging each other in a super-friendly, relaxed environment.
'Togetherness' participants also have access to a resource, full to the brim of all kinds of loveliness, support tips, mindfulness or creative art therapy exercises, book suggestions, and videos that you might find useful. This is updated regularly.
