Resources - Anxiety

Anxiety. A perfectly natural, human response. An evolutionary design feature to keep us safe.

But when anxiety becomes more than a fleeting occurance, when anxiety starts to over-rule how you live your life, it's time to take a look at ways of helping to restore a feeling of balance.

A combination of hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral tools can be very helpful. As with most things in life, neither offer a quick fix - and both require a bit of daily practice on your part - but it will be so worth the effort.

You will find below a range of resources that you may like to explore. I also include my own personal story about anxiety and how plant magic helped me, which you are welcome to read if you like.
