Embracing the Seasons - Winter

- join Callie for a gentle Saturday morning of creativity, embracing this glorious winter season

You are warmly invited to join me for a morning of creative play, beginning with a mindful drawing exercise to help you feel grounded, centred and present, finding you in the perfect space to enjoy an experiential nature-based visualisation, exploring the seasons.

There will be ample time to create art, as well as time to reflect on - and explore - any insights that arise throughout your morning of creative play.

And to help you explore these insights further in your own time, you will receive a playbook after our time together, sharing how the seasons and the cardinal directions (North, South, East and West) correspond in various traditions, and how these act as useful self-coaching tools.

Embracing the Seasons is open to all levels - all you need to bring with you is a willingness to be creative and have a play. Please bring with you simple tools such as paper, colouring pens or crayons, paints, colouring pencils - whatever you have to hand is perfect. You may also like to bring something that represents winter with you.
