Loving - and celebrating - Action for Happiness's inspired activity calendar this month: Self-Care September
Every now and again, a few gems pop into my inbox. Today, this gem from Action for Happiness leaped out at me ... and I just had to share it with you.
If you've not come across Action for Happiness before, allow me to introduce you to this fabulous organisation that offers events and inspiration to take action and invite happiness into people's lives.
Each month they share a free themed calendar of activities to inspire action for happiness. And it just so happens that September's theme is 'Self-Care September'.
Whenever I work with clients and the subject of self-care comes up, it's often accompanied by a deep sigh and/or magnificent eye roll or funny face ... and a deep sense of guilt, for even considering taking time out for ourselves. Yet self-care is absolutely essential for our whole-self wellbeing.
So I love - and celebrate - Action for Happiness's inspired activity calendar this month, where they are
