The Emotional Guidance Scale - Abraham Hicks
According to Abraham Hicks's teachings, the emotional guidance scale is a scale of your emotions - ranging from positive emotions of joy, appreciation and love (the highest emotion) to fear, jealousy and powerlessness (the lowest emotion).
The Emotional Guidance Scale will help you to identify where your vibration is on a particular day. The closer you are to joy and love, the higher your energy vibration ... so just check where you are on the scale, and look 1 to 2 notches up the scale: this is where you are aiming for over the next few days. Choose to spend more time doing practices like meditation, art journalling, or being out in nature. Choose carefully who you spend time with (as this will affect your emotions scale). Be gentle with yourself, it's not a race. It's just a visual way to help ease your way up the emotions scale doing the things that bring you joy and fulfilment.

The Emotions Wheel - Dr. Robert Plutchik
This wheel is a useful tool to help you recognise where you are right now, what emotions you may be feeling.
It helps by enabling you to really visualise your emotions, and understand which combinations of emotions helped to create the outcome you are experiencing. We switch into these emotions as a way of surviving, so again, please be gentle with yourself!
